Halloween with reverse Iris folding

A personal Halloween card using the reverse iris folding technique featured in a tutorial on the S&S blog this week. I used thin papers and still had difficulty folding. Not a perfect card but okay for a first time. I would like to try it with some origami papers. Now if I can just find them in my stash

I didn't even try - looked way to hard! :-) Great job on your card - looks wonderful!

Cora-I meant to include this in the instructions for this technique, but you can score the folds after you cut the "X"s and it makes folding easier for heavier papers. I have even used pretty heavy double sided cardstock and been able to do it. The card is pretty 3D! Origami papers, washi papers and even heavier giftwrap work too. No one would ever know you had trouble folding when they look at your card tho! I'm glad you tried the technique-once you see how it works, it is not hard at all.I love doing it!
